The Tight & Tone program is for anyone at an intermediate level of gym knowledge or who has completed the Tight & Tone (Step 1) program. The Tight & Tone (Step 2) program lasts for 8 weeks and if followed faithfully you will not only continue to tighten and tone your body but will work on the following: +Continue building off of Step 1 foundation +Increase intensity and consistency of workouts than Step 1 +Incorporate new exercises that are more complex than Step 1 **For greater results I recommend pairing up a Build With Chels meal plan**
