Tight & Tone, Step 2 program is for anyone at an intermediate level of gym knowleadge or have successfully completed the Tight & Tone, Step 1 program. This program lasts for 8 weeks, can be done at-home and if followed faithfully will help reduce the appearance of body fat by tightening up your muscles in your body, giving you a tight and toned appearance. **For greater results I recommend pairing up the Build With Chels meal program**
Build healthy habits throughout the 8 week workout (at-home) schedule. Incorporates compound, complex and isolated exercises. Includes mid-low loads with high repetition ranges.
Every exercise will be equipped with a video giving you an example of how to move through the exercise so you'll no longer waste time "googling" or wondering if your form is correct.
Includes Macro-based goal (based off your current goal), food library and bar-code scanner for easy calorie counting/macro counting (protein, fat and carbohydrates)
